Colin Moses is Married to Michelle Moses, they have two daughters Chelsea aged 20 and Caitlin aged 15. He is an alumnus of Christian Brothers College, St Columbia High School (Athlone) and University of the Western Cape.
He is extremely passionate about Baseball, he is the Founder and Life member of Silvertree Baseball Club (established 1980), he is a Voluntary Umpire and Executive member of Silvertree Baseball Club and was recently appointed as a member of the Constitution Revision sub-committee of the Baseball Association of the Western Province.
He is an External Trustee at The Philani Nutrition and Child Health Trust. The Trust is a Non-Profit Organization, its primary mission is “combating and eradicating malnutrition and its effects”.
Archbishop Desmond Tutu is a patron of the Trust, and through Colin’s association with Archbishop Tutu, he was approached by Dr Ingrid Le Roux, the full time Medical director of the Trust, to serve as an external Trustee and Honourary Treasurer.
Colin Moses is a qualified Accountant and a member of South African Institute of Chartered Accountants- CA (SA). Mr Moses has a wealth of experiences and expertise from financial services sector ranging from HR function, client and customer services, credit control, financial accounting and key leadership credentials. He also has a strong interest in NGO and religious sector in South Africa. This has been demonstrated by his involvement with Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation, Mpilo Ministries and Philani Nutrition and Child Health Trust, various Dioceses in Cape Town and Church of Transfiguration Anglican Church in Belville. He currently serves as General Manager of Finance for the Western Province Rugby.
