Paulinah serves as the CEO’s Executive Assistant, where she leverages her background in international relations and politics to support social cohesion. She manages administrative operations for the executive team, ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes operations and actively coordinating impactful projects that align with the Foundation’s mission of societal healing. Paulinah’s expertise in policy research and stakeholder engagement significantly contributes to key initiatives, including the annual Desmond Tutu International Peace Lecture and the Laughs for the Arch fundraising events.
