Tapiwa Gandidze

Tapiwa Gandidze is a prominent employment and labour attorney in South Africa, with her clients ranging from both the private and public sectors, non-profit organisations, trade unions and private individuals. Her work includes advice and opinion work, the drafting and reviewing of policies, seminars and presentations on employment and labour related matters, as well as internal investigations and the compilation of investigation reports, prosecuting in disciplinary enquiries and acting as chairperson in disciplinary enquiries. Tapiwa also regularly acts as a Judge of the Labour Court of South Africa. We are excited for her to bring her expertise, particularly in legal and human resource matters, to our Board.
